Greenville, SC -November 8, 2007– In a continuing effort to better serve its current and prospective clients and increase brand awareness, the James C. The new site will give easy access to product features, technical information, new and up-coming products, product usage suggestions, and company information.

The primary purpose of the new site is to provide customers with easy access to current product information. The entire TUBETRACK® product catalog is available for download in PDF format. Visitors can also browse through the catalog online. The TUBETRACK® Applications page provides illustrations of real-world applications to help customers decide which products will best meet their needs.

Unit Header® manifolds for air, liquid, and gas are also featured prominently on the site. Unit Header® manifolds have been sold exclusively by word-of-mouth for almost twenty years. But the new website along with an upcoming revamp of the part numbering system will make it easy for a new generation of businesses to take advantage of custom Unit Header® manifolds at off-the-shelf prices.

The new web site is also home to CABLE-RACE™—a new product line designed specifically for the support of electronic signal and control cables. New Channel System for Support of Instrument Connection and Control Cables

Greenville, SC – November 9, 2007 – The James C. White Company announces the release of CABLE-RACE™, a new system for complete support of instrumentation and control cables. CABLE-RACE™ combines the outdoor, industrial durability of cable tray with the efficient adaptability and quick installation of raceway.

CABLE-RACE™ was designed with outdoor, industrial atmosphere process plants in mind. It provides the durability of a cable tray system in a small package suited for the smaller number of electronic control lines of modern electronic control systems. CABLE-RACE™ is manufactured according to the same exacting tolerances as its sister system, TUBETRACK ®, and can be expected to last for decades in most industrial environments.

The flexibility of CABLE-RACE™ makes installing or retrofitting cable runs through and around existing equipment easier and neater. New adjustable bends allow the exact degree of bend needed at each turn. They install quickly and lock solid to support the structure. CABLE-RACE™ also offers various degrees of 6-inch radius bends that are simple and cost effective while providing a strong curve that is safe for many popular low-voltage and fiber-optic cables.

CABLE-RACE™ is compatible and interchangeable with the existing TUBETRACK® system. A single installation run can mix and match fittings and clamps from both systems. CABLE-RACE™ is offered in all standard widths and metals of the TUBETRACK® system.

CABLE-RACE™ is a ventilated bottom channel-type cable tray designed for isolation of signal, data, and communication cables typical of industrial instrument and control connection. New CABLE-RACE™ Double Adjustable Bend from James C. White Co., Inc.

Greenville, SC – November 9, 2007 – The new Double Adjustable Bend from the James C. White Co. is a channel fitting used to form offsets in a run of channel. Both joints of the fitting have a 0-90° range of motion allowing exact adjustment to the angle and offset needed. This design installs quickly and makes the offset in a very short span of run with a minimum of measuring and cutting. Once the adjustment is made the fittings locks solid to support the overall structure.

Construction of the Double Adjustable Bend is simple and sturdy. Each section of the bend is cut and formed from a single piece of metal. There are no welds or rough spots and internal curbs protect cables from field-cut channel edges. The three sections are bolted together with standard sized nuts and bolts allowing easy adjustment and locking with no special tools.

The CABLE-RACE™ Double Adjustable Bend is available in 2, 4, and 6-inch channel width and 2-inch flange height. It is available in aluminum, hot-dip galvanized steel, and stainless steel (T-304 or T-316).

All channel sizes are classified by Underwriter’s Laboratories as to their cross-sectional area and may be installed in accordance with NEMA Standard VE 2-2000 and NEC-2002 Article 392.
